New Dress

I made M a new dress! An apple dress! She adores everything that has to do with fruit, so when I found this material hanging out in my storage I new instantly what I wanted to do with it. I patterned it after a dress (now shirt) that I made for her when she was just a wee one. I think it turned out pretty cute. She's especially proud of the pockets.

~I used snaps instead of buttons, because I absolutely loathe sewing button holes.~

~The Criss-Cross back I think is very charming~

~And of course, the cutesy Apple pockets, I used iron on facing and then sewed around them to help them stay on better.~
